Who decides when I'm not there, and why I haven't fixed it yet
Not yet
If I disappeared for a month, nothing would get spent. Everything would wait for me, even the small stuff, because nobody's allowed to decide.
The fix is simple to say: written limits. Who can spend what, on what, without asking. Decisions under the line stop waiting for me.
Where it's at: not yet. I haven't written them. It's the cheapest fix on this list and I still haven't done it.
