The Away Test · Follow-up

Following up with customers, and why I haven't fixed it yet

Not yet

After a job, the customer should hear from us. A check-in, a reminder when the next service is due, a thank you. Usually they don't, unless they ring us.

I've built the texts. They're written and they queue themselves up. What I haven't done is sign off on them and switch them on, because a text that goes out wrong goes to a real customer, and I want every word right first.

Where it's at: not yet. It's built and it's sitting there. That's on me.
