How a finished job invoices itself

I used to do every invoice myself, at night, from memory. Which job, which price, which address. It's the worst part of the day and it's where money quietly goes missing.

Now when a job's finished, the report gets written and checked line by line. If the check is clean, the report and the invoice go to the client by themselves. If anything's flagged, it waits for me to look at it. Nobody rebuilds an invoice from scratch anymore.

Where it's at: half fixed. My regular commercial work invoices itself after the job. Not everything runs through it yet.
